• Sequential Thinking Capabilities: Multi-step reasoning, iterative problem-solving, and complex analysis workflows

• Knowledge Base Services: Access to expansive data repositories, information synthesis, and intelligent retrieval systems

• Document Creation Services: On-demand generation of reports, templates, content, and customized documents based on user specifications

• Speech Features: Use AssemblyAI for transcription services

• Research Features: Call Perplexity Sonar for AI-powered search capabilities

• Payment Processing: Use Stripe's validated payment infrastructure

• AI Responses: Generated by Claude, GPT, Grok, Gemini, or LLaMA depending on task requirements and availability

3. User Responsibilities

• Do not submit unlawful or high-risk data

• Comply with all model provider acceptable use policies

• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials

• Actions through your account are your responsibility

• Knowledge Base Usage: Respect intellectual property rights when using generated content and documents

• Sequential Processing: Understand that multi-step reasoning may produce intermediate outputs that should be verified

• For creators and affiliates, comply with disclosure rules and applicable advertising guidelines

4. AI Content and Limitations

• Sequential Thinking Outputs: Multi-step reasoning processes can contain errors at any stage; review intermediate and final results

• Knowledge Base Content: Information retrieved from our knowledge systems may become outdated; verify critical information independently

• Generated Documents: AI-created documents require human review and may need customization for specific use cases

• AI outputs can contain inaccuracies; human review is required for critical uses

• Model limitations and training cutoffs apply to all AI services

• Providers may retain limited operational logs for abuse monitoring

• We configure privacy-protective defaults where available

5. Intellectual Property and Licensing

• Users own inputs and outputs as permitted by provider terms

• Generated Documents: You retain rights to documents created through our services, subject to any underlying source material rights

• Knowledge Base Content: Respect third-party intellectual property rights in source materials

• Providers retain rights to their models and APIs

• Do not attempt to extract weights, misuse APIs, or circumvent usage limits

6. Payments, Refunds, and Taxes

• Stripe processes all charges with disputes following Stripe processes

• Pricing may vary based on usage of advanced features like sequential thinking and document generation

• Billing cycles are outlined at purchase

• Changes will be communicated with reasonable notice

7. Availability and Support

• Service depends on multiple providers; outages at any provider may affect availability

• Advanced Features: Sequential thinking and knowledge base services depend on AI model availability and performance

• Our multi-model routing aims to mitigate but cannot eliminate disruptions

• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when feasible

8. Privacy and Data Handling

Governed by our Privacy Policy and integrated partner policies with appropriate data protection controls for all processing activities including sequential thinking and document generation.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

Services are provided "as is." Liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. No liability for indirect or consequential damages, and no liability for third-party provider outages or policy changes. This includes no liability for errors in sequential reasoning processes, knowledge base retrievals, or generated documents.

10. Termination

Accounts may be terminated for breach or misuse. Upon termination, data will be handled per provider retention schedules and our data deletion policies, including deletion of generated documents and processing chains.

Your use is subject to additional terms from:

• xAI (Grok models)

• Stripe (payment processing)

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect provider policy changes, new AI capabilities, or enhanced features. Notice will be provided consistent with platform standards.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes may be subject to arbitration or relevant jurisdiction requirements.
